Research On The Transformation Of Government Functions In SD Town Based On Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Poverty,as an economic phenomenon in social life,is a common problem faced by all countries in the world,and also an important area of common concern by governments and academia.In November 2013,general secretary Xi Jinping inspected the eighteen hole village in Huayuan County,Xiangxi,Hunan province.For the first time,he put forward an important directive for "accurate poverty alleviation",and explicitly asked the eighteen hole village not only to achieve its own poverty alleviation,but also to explore the experience of "duplication and popularization".Targeted poverty alleviation,as an important policy in the new stage of poverty alleviation,has been gradually implemented throughout the country.So far,there are few in-depth researches on the theory and practice of targeted poverty alleviation from the combination of theory and practice.SD Town,located in the south of China,is a town with agriculture and industry as the main economic development,which is very representative in the south of China.I graduated from university and came to work in SD town government,and personally participated in the poverty alleviation work in SD town.Based on the actual situation of SD Town,aiming at the difficulties encountered in the promotion of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper uses the method of combination ofempirical analysis and normative analysis to explore the ways of deepening the reform of SD town government,changing the functions of township government,giving full play to the leading functions of the government,using the coordinating functions of the government,strengthening the supervision functions of the government,and improving the decision-making functions of the government Improve the publicity function of the government and improve the administrative means of the government.It aims to help SD Town win the battle of poverty alleviation.
