Study On The Services Provided By Suzhou Communist Youth League For Local Rural Transfer Youth Groups' Urban Social Integration

With the integration of urban and rural development in Suzhou continue to advance,a large number of local rural migrants are generated.Due to passive living after the rural areas and needs such as employment have not been effectively satisfied,local rural migrants can not be well integrated into urban society.The Communist Youth League as the third sector of non-governmental organizations,has the responsibility to take the initiative to focus on urban social inclusion needs of the local rural transfer youth,and provide public services.Introducing the theory of Urban-rural integration and social inclusion,and the theory of new public service,identifying the concept of the local rural transfer youth,the nature and functions of the Communist Youth League,the paper analyzes the public demand of the local rural transfer youth in urban social integration in Suzhou,and analyzes the status quo,shortcomings and causes of the public services provided by Suzhou Communist Youth League.And accordingly put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening the ideological guidance,establishment of long-term mechanism,improve the service system,promote their own reform,to better promote the services provided by Suzhou Communist Youth League for local rural transfer youth groups' urban social integration.
