Research On Emergency Management In Secondary Vocational School Of Pingyang County

With substantial support of the government in recent years,Secondary Vocational School developed rapidly.The scale of this kind of school and the facilities which include software and hardware set historical record.There is no doubt that Secondary Vocational School is experiencing an amazing time,while it also comes across a series of uncertain problems.The purpose of this dissertation is to study the emergency management of Secondary Vocational School.In order to accomplish the research,I selected three Secondary Vocational Schools as my study objects and used methodologies like literature research,field word,questionnaire and case interview,etc.Through understanding the theory of emergency management and the current situation of how they deal with the emergency cases,I will present the existing problems as well as the solutions.The main contents of this paper include four aspects:firstly,it clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,reviews of literature research at home and abroad,introduces the research ideas and methods,gives the definition of the Secondary Vocational School,emergencies,emergency management concept.Besides,it introduces the basic theory in this paper like crisis management and public management.Secondary,this paper expounds the construction of Secondary Vocational School Emergency theory and system,including the characteristics of vocational school emergencies and analyze the causes,clear emergency management requirements and the basic framework.Thirdly,it presents the effect and disadvantages of the current emergency management systems by applying the methods of questionnaire and case interview.Last but not least,through analysis of the previous cases,providing better strategies for Secondary Vocational Schools in PingYang Town from three aspects:the preparation work before the crisis,the control approaches during the crisis,the restoration work after the crisis:before the crisis,schools should improve the preventive consciousness and build effective system;during the crisis,schools should immediately react and choose the best preparedness and optimize the communication mechanism;after the crisis,schools need to involve in the investigation work and study the cases to accomplish the remedial measures.
