Research On Emergency Management Of Campus Emergencies In Higher Vocational Schools

With the development of reform and opening-up,the rapid development of economy and society and the quickening of the adjustment of industrial structure,vocational education is becoming more and more important as the cradle of the training of operational talents.As a special teaching unit,higher vocational schools not only have the characteristics of teaching and educating people in general schools,but also have their own particularities.The quality of students is intermingled with the tedious and complicated emergencies,which makes it difficult for higher vocational schools to deal with campus emergencies,and whether the emergencies can be handled in a timely manner or not is directly related to the safety of teachers and students,the normal teaching order and the social image and reputation of the school.Therefore,based on the investigation of four vocational schools in Suzhou,this paper attempts to explore the emergency management of unexpected events in higher vocational schools from the perspective of public administration.Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the emergency management of the campus emergencies in Suzhou higher vocational schools:fully,recognize the situation,strengthen the bottom line thoughts and responsibilities;strengthen the construction of the system and the legal system,formulate the "one case,three systems";cooperative governance of relevant departments,resolutely eliminate all kinds of risks and hidden dangers;improve the security measures,and improve the ability of campus safety management in an all-round way;strictly patrol and ensure the security,stability and order of the surrounding campus;timely and efficiently response to emergencies,properly handle post-event work;strengthen home-school cooperation to protect the safety of students,so as to effectively prevent possible emergencies and deal with the ongoing emergencies in a timely manner.
