The advent of the Internet brings a virtual living space to people,the space not only bring many convenient to people,but also inevitably caused many negative issues,such as information security,network rumors,network violence,although these problems generated in the virtual space,but actually affect the practical operation and development of the society.If they don't get timely treatment,these problems will be constantly updated,and then derive more new troubles,along with the development of The Times and continue to destroy the normal order of the real world.This negative impact is not only aimed at netizens,but also has a big impact on the stable operation of the whole society.,in other words,China is to build a harmonious society,we must attach importance to the governance of the Internet,pay attention to people's thought expression on the Internet and its influence on the social reality.As for the behavior which are beyond of the ethical and legal bottom line,we must define and limit it,avoiding that the Internet become criminals crime means and tools,so as to realize balanced.From the perspective of historical development,China's Internet research and construction are later than the west,we have a positive attitude,but lack in experience on Internet governance problem,although in such aspects as legislation,technology and supervision did a lot of efforts and achieved certain results,but there are still many problems and the solved.Therefore,how to reasonablly draw lessons from foreign experience in Internet governance is put forward on the basis of the scheme is suitable for China's national conditions,overall domestic online and offline virtual space between real life healthy,balanced development and promote to realize the ideal of building a harmonious society in China,is we need to focus on thinking in the process of the current Internet governance issues.
