A Study On The Transparency Of Government Affairs Opening In Yongtai County

Although government affairs publicity has carried out for many years in China,but currently the state's public works of each local government are carried out very unbalanced both from the depth and breadth,also become a hot issue that the society focus even criticism.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the transparency of local government affairs publicity.The county-level government is at an important level in our administrative management system,and the administrative affairs handled by it are directly oriented to the grassroots.The high-low of the public transparency of county-level government affairs directly affects the overall achievement of the implementation of government affairs publicity.This paper apply democratic politics theory,the public's right to know theory,governance theory and other principle,adopt statistical analysis,questionnaire survey,object interview and other methods,in-depth understanding the circumstance of Yongtai county government affairs transparency in public from the government and the public level,and analyzes the causes of influencing Yongtai county government affairs public transparency.On this basis,put forward from the ideological understanding,standard government affairs publicity system,perfecting public content,innovating public form,perfecting supervision and assessment mechanism and other sides to enhance the conceptions and strategies of Yongtai county government affairs public transparency,thus to provide decision-making reference for local governments of promoting government affairs public transparency,building the government ruled by law and service-oriented government.
