The birth is the only way for humanity to survive.We all shall enjoy reproductive rights by birth.But it is a difficult question to make single women realize these rights.Conventional form of marriage in China is monogamy.If a single woman do not want to get married,she may not have a child by legal means,except adoption.How to make single women have children through legal way?We call for laws to protect single women's reproductive.We can conclude the view that our country should make some laws to regularize reproductive rights by staring with the related concept about reproductive rights and the present situation in China,discussing the legal dilemmas of realizing the reproductive rights for single women,comparing with other countries or regions' legislative experience.We can make some limitation on the single women's age,physical condition,mental condition,state of the economy,and so on.We can also improve and perfect the birth registration system,abolish social compensation fee,offer living subsidies and take other measures.Regularizing reproductive rights of single women is not to challenge the traditional moral concepts,but to push our country's monocracy progression.
