Study On Countermeasures To The Internet Opinion In Inner Mongolia Public Security Organization

With the rapid development of the Internet and the enhancement of political awareness,Internet Public Opinion become more and more influential.Public Security Organization,as an important government function,shoulders the responsibility of supervising national security,political security,social conscience,as well as the citizen's legitimate rights and interests.Therefore,making the Internet Public Opinion stay on track has positive implications to cleansing the network atmosphere and promoting social harmonious development,especially in the province of Inner Mongolia,the minority area.This paper expound the formation,developing rules and characteristics of Internet Public Opinion systematically starting with the relevant theories,and analyze current situation of dealing with it in the Inner Mongolia Public Security Organization basing on the complex regional politics and the unique geographical conditions.Practically,there are some issues as follows:imperfect mechanism in disposal,lacking of logistical support,unsubstantial element task in grass-root Police Stations,poor career capability of the Public Security Organization itself,deficiency of utilizing media,and less positive guidance from Internet Public Opinion leader or civil society.The main causes of these issues are complicated,such as:loss of corresponding laws or rules,indifference to the importance of Internet Public Opinion among policemen,rising of the network community,and regional particularity in the province of Inner Mongolia,etc.The author of this paper sums up countermeasures by intensive studying to solve the issues mentioned above.
