An Empirical Study Of Military School Crimes

The crimes in military academies seriously interfere with the overall construction and development of military academies.There is little concern in the criminal world about military academies,the theoretical results of military crime and local college crime have not distinguished the difference between the two.However in recent years with the military and civilian integration deepening,the prevention and control situation of military school crime is becoming more and more serious,how to effectively increase the crime prevention and control has gradually become a real problem for military academies,relevant research theories are urgently needed to guide them in practice.This paper aims at crimes committed by XX military academies from 2000 to 2015 and the official statistics of military academies,to study the crime phenomenon of military academies from the perspective of criminology,and summarizes the following characteristics and laws: The subject of crimes is more non-military personnel than military personnel,and more officers and non-commissioned officers than students.The behavior nature has a highest proportion of the property economic crimes,and the violent crimes seriously.The form of crimes is gang crimes or internal and external collusion which cannot be ignored.The space-time of crimes is a relatively stable frequently occurred period and area.The trend of the crimes is that military-civilian crimes keep rising and it also deserves vigilance about crimes of jeopardizing national security.The solution characteristics are lots of the dark figure of crimes in military academies,and the phenomenon of disciplinary punishment instead of criminal punishment is widespread.The crimes of military academies have the rules of fluctuation,radiation,induction and selection,etc.Therefore,to analyze crimes causes in military academies,macroscopic aspects include social and political factors,economic factors,cultural factors,the military judicial system,specialized forces of prevention and control,and implementation of mechanisms and so on.In addition,the microcosmic aspects may include the outlook on life,values,legal consciousness and family environment,etc.Based on judicial prevention,community prevention and situational prevention theory,this article puts forward the countermeasures of the crimes prevention and control in military academies.Firstly,make the related criminal justice system better.Secondly,improve mechanism of military-civilian prevention and control further.Thirdly,move forward in method of prevention and control in military academies.Through the research,I hope to realize the precise prevention and control of military academy crime,and play an active role in the theory of military crime.
