Research On The Influence Factors Of The Public Safety Risk Communication Effects Based On Public Perception

In recent years public safety incidents occurred frequently,public safety risk communication in the role of risk management is increasingly highlighted,and the public as the direct stakeholders in public security events,to understand the public risk perception is the premise and foundation of effective risk communication.Therefore,it's necessary to explore the influence factors of public safety risk communication effects based on public perception,in order to provide the government with scientific strategy and suggestions which improve the effectiveness of risk communication,manage risk effectively and reduce the loss that are brought by risk events.First of all,this article combed the related literature at home and abroad,and then the public perception and public safety risk communication effect are analyzed,including the analysis of the present situation of public security,public perception and public safety risk communication connotation,the analysis of public safety risk communication effect,at the same time,from two aspects of theory and practice to explore the relationship that the public perception and the public safety risk communication effects.Secondly,based on cognitive theory of emotion,cognitive theory of risk,social amplification of risk framework as well as the stakeholder theory,the paper puts forword the the main influence factors of public safety risk communication effects,including negative emotions,social status,the level of knowledge,attention rate,scope of interpersonal communication,public perception,the government response ability,the expert authority and information transmit variability,constructing the integrated concept model.Then,according to the interrelation between variables,the hypothesis are proposed.Besides,on the basis of the collected data of the questionnaires the reliability and validity are analyzed,and the model and assumptions are verified.According to the results the model is revised to get the model,influence factors of public safety risk communication effects based on public percetion,which is in accordance with theory and practical,and synthetically discuss results of the research.The results show that the public safety risk communication effects are influenced directly or indirectly by some main factors,such as negative emotion,the level of knowledge and attention rate and so on.Finally,according to the results of the research,the strategies of improving the public safety risk communication effectiveness are presented.This paper provides the study of public safety risk communication with theoretical reference.At the same time,this paper provides the government with the strategies that enhance public safety risk communication effects,and it has a certain practical guiding significance for the government to improve the public safety risk communication effects.Therefore,it's helpful to explore the influence factors of public safety risk communication effects on the basis of public perception.
