Based On The Research Of"Internet + Education" Copyright Protection Problem

Internet plus achieved that integrating the Internet and education deeply.Correspondingly,the construction and sharing of educational resources have a series of legal problems potentially,and the most prominent problem is copyright infringement.Stakeholders of Internet education resources increased,copyright attribution is not clear,copyright disputes are complex and changeable,copyright infringement becomes more subtle and diverse,and the copyright infringement behavior is complicated to identify.These factors are restricting the development of Internet education.Copyright protection is the key for the development of Internet education.We should try to explore the reasonable path of Internet Education Mode at Home and Abroad to avoid copyright risk.And we also should strive to achieve balance between private and public interests of copyright.In this regard,we suggestthat deepening cooperation between schools and enterprises to reduce the copyright legal disputes,to develop copyright industry with the copyright elements as the basic resources,and to promote the leaping development and substantive breakthroughs of the existing educational brands.We need to improve the legal protection system of intellectual property rights,to protect thecopyright creation,protection and use educational resources according to the law,and to implementinnovation-driven development strategy and intellectual property strategy deeply.We also need to encourage the Internet education industry to launch brand services of independent intellectual property rights,and to upgrade copyright protection measures with cloud computing and large data and other visualization technology.Then we hope to create a diversified and sustainable Internet education copyright protection ecosystem.This paper takes the relevant legal theory of Internet plus education as the entry point on the research content.With thecopyright protection status of foreignInternet plus education.Itsystem analyzes the copyright in the Internet plus Educationfrom the perspectives of the types of infringement risks,the obstruction factors of infringement,the lack of copyright protection consciousness of the public,the conflict of copyright interests and the lag of judicial and institutional construction of copyright protection.We will propose specific legal advice from four angles of legislative,judicial,policy and public opinion for thenetwork copyright infringement and identification.specific legal recommendations.It includes the operation of legislative reform,the establishment of punitive damages mechanism,and the development of legal education.It also includes that to set up the limits of proprietary use period for the network education platform and try to implement copyright protection reward and punishment system to provide academic support for the copyright protection of the Internet plus education.
