An Empirical Study On The Protection Of Women's Sexual Rights In Ruralareas In Northern Anhui Province

Since the reform and opening up,due to the rapid economic development in our country,the process of urbanization is accelerating and the substantial increase in labor productivity has enabled a large number of peasants to be liberated from agriculture.In this form,more and more farmers choose to migrate to cities.This not only effectively alleviates the shortage of urban labor shortage,but also effectively increases the income of peasants.However,due to the objective existence of urban-rural dual structure and the restriction of dual household registration system,employment system,income distribution system and social security system,this will inevitably lead farmers to find jobs in employment,medical care,schooling and housing Etc.can not enjoy the same treatment as urban residents.So,migrant workers want to move their home city is bound to have some worries.In this case,a special group of rural women-left behind.In recent years,the number of left-behind women in rural areas is constantly on the rise,and this phenomenon is even more serious in the northern part of the country where development has been sluggish.Due to the weak self-protection awareness of left-behind women in rural areas,lack of awareness of sexual rights and interests,inadequate attention paid by the whole society and imperfect protection measures,sexual rights and interests of left-behind women in rural areas have been seriously infringed upon.This not only caused physical and psychological damage to left-behind women in northern Anhui,but also seriously affected the rural harmony and stability in northern Anhui.Therefore,the protection of the rights and interests of left-behind women in rural areas of northern Anhui has become an urgent problem to be solved urgently.Our country is a shy and reserved nation.Everyone often avoids talking about sex-related topics.There are not many studies on the protection of women's rights and interests left by theorists in theory circles,and there are few studies from the angle of criminology.Based on this,the author made a field survey in Baqiao District,Suzhou City and Funan County,Fuyang City,in the northern part of Anhui Province,and through investigation and study,to understand the status and existing problems of sexual rights and interests protection of left-behind women in rural areas of northern Anhui.The effective solution to the problem provides some suggestions.In this paper,the questionnaires,interviews,file data and typical case studies are used to analyze the data collected from field research and to find out the problems existing in the protection of the rights and interests of left-behind women in northern Anhui.lt is considered that the women left behind in rural areas of northern Anhui.The existing needs are not met,the awareness of sexual abuse prevention is weak,long-term in a state of sexual repression,sexual rights are infringed upon and infringed upon can not effectively safeguard their legitimate rights and other issues.According to the analysis of the reasons for the existing problems,it is concluded that the reason why the rights and interests of left-behind women in northern Anhui will be violated is the restriction of the poor economic conditions,far-reaching work sites and the dual system of urban and rural areas.The right to sexual education is infringed upon and the rural culture.The inevitable result of living in poverty,staying in the housewife's weakness and feudal ideology.At the same time,the pressure from women left behind,families and the community can not rightly defend their rights and interests and infringe upon their rights and interests.Individuals,leaving women's rights and interests have been infringed.In view of the existing problems of protecting the rights and interests of left-behind women in rural areas of northern Anhui,the paper proposes countermeasures from the perspective of individuals,families and society.In my opinion,in order to solve the problems existing in the protection of the left-behind rights and interests in the rural areas of northern Anhui,a legal guarantee system should be established for migrant workers in urban areas to safeguard the rights and interests of left-behind women.Education and propaganda for the protection of women's rights and interests left behind should be strengthened to enhance their self-protection should be enriched rural cultural life,to ease sexual repression;women should be strengthened to enhance the physical fitness of women and learn to work with the wits and wits of criminals;In addition,we should also strengthen the victimization repair,safeguard the sexual rights of women who have been killed and left behind.
