West Areas Of China "left-behind Women And Children," The Issue Of Sexual Assault

Since reform and opening, along with economic development, a large number of rural people to go out to work economically developed coastal cities, making China's rural areas, "left-behind women, children," the dramatic increase, especially in the western region is more serious, some counties' stay women and children "of the county the number of women, the number of children up to 70%. China is a multi-ethnic socialist country, national unity is the socialist modernization of China's premise and basis of the national wealth and prosperity is our common goal of economic development. Therefore, how to safeguard China's western rural areas, "left-behind women, children," the legitimate rights and interests, protecting them from sexual abuse, has become the community, the judiciary need to solve a pressing problem.In China, sexual abuse is a hidden and serious topic, the "left-behind women, children," sexual abuse is not the subject of much research. Based on the above situation, this article focuses on Guangxi Dahua Yao Autonomous County in recent years, "left-behind women, children," sexual abuse investigation, and hopefully through this study, summarized China's western rural areas, "left-behind women, children," the law of sexual abuse characteristics and causes, and make recommendations. This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the "left-behind women, children," the concept of sexual assault and domestic and international research related to the status of introduction, main content combined with previous studies, the "women left behind", "Children Left Behind," "sexual abuse" definition of the concept and other related and a brief study of domestic and international situation in this field.The second part is in China's western rural areas, "left-behind women, children," sexual assault research methods.
