As the capital city of Liaoning Province,Shenyang occupies an important position as well as known generally to be the economic culture transportation and commercial centre of Northeast China.According to the number of motor vehicle consumptions has rapidly increased in the recent years,the contradiction increasingly intensified as the urban resident's life qualities are improved.But on the whole,Shenyang city traffic construction progress with the increase of vehicles speed does not match,it is difficult to meet the people's traffic requirements,the pressure of road loading level is close to the ultimate limit.The contradiction between people,vehicle and road is already under considerable strain.The impact of parking space shortage of the main road,commercial center,bank outlets,schools are negative.The long queues of vehicles,cars parked on both sides of the road can be seen everywhere,the difficulty of parking became the most troublesome problem on affect of people's daily life,it also bring the tremendous negative impact on city civilization construction of the modern city of Shenyang.This paper analyzes the current situation of Shenyang city parking management,according to the domestic and foreign advanced management experience of other city policy and the real cases,the station in view of each parking policy,parking management,parking planning and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the parking issue in the urban area of Shenyang City.In conclusion,the specific strategy of the improvements include: strengthening the government macro-control,improve the legal system and parking management policies to curb the number of vehicles for the explosive growth of the market mechanism;use more scientific implementation to play the market regulation and incentive effect,promote the parking industry scale and standardized development;improve public transport in order to provide a pluralistic traffic ecological environment.
