Now, with the continued growth of Nanning city development with economic stability and car city, vehicle ownership and parking supply contradictory condition deteriorated. Because of the historical debts and other reasons, the development of parking system planning and construction of the Nanning city has lagged behind the parking demand. Accompanied by "parking difficult" phenomenon, has become the city parking system planning and management in Nanning City urgent.This article from the perspective of public administration, at first, briefly introduces the significance and background of study, from the supply and demand of parking, parking planning policy, law and regulations, introduced the domestic and foreign relevant research theory and practice, and tries to help the city management theory to do further research on the planning and management of parking system of Nanning city.Secondly, the public management, city management and planning and management of the subordinate relationship on the basis of further analysis, the connotation and characteristics of parking system planning and management, and points out the general principle of parking system planning management and public management of interconnected.
