The Study On Management Of CPC Building At The Grass-roots Level In The Public Institutions In S Province

Grass-roots party organizations are the basis of the Party's overall work and combat effectiveness,and the concrete executors of the implementation of the state's major policies and policies,it can be said the grass-roots party organization is the link and bridge between the party and the people,and has the inseparable blood and flesh connection.Under the background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,in the face of the new situation and new problems,the grass-roots party building of public institutions should keep up with the pulse of the times,further innovate the working methods,and promote the overall and coordinated development of the functional undertakings Based on the analysis of the questionnaire data about the party construction investigation of institutions conducted by the Working Committee directly under authority of S Province,the paper makes a statistical analysis of the answers to the 40 questions about the party building,and consults a large number of documents and materials.Based on the practice of the party construction in S province and the theory of the party construction and the contingency management theory of management,this paper expounds present situation and the deficiency of the party construction in the direct institutions of the province.This paper mainly analyzes four issues existing in the party building work at the grass-roots level in institutions,such as the weak sense of responsibility of party members and leading cadres,the incomplete implementation of system,lack of talent team building,and the need of further changing in work style.Focusing on these issues,the paper concludes some causes,such as the deviation in ideological thought,incomplete implementation of the system,weak quality of party cadres,incomplete transform in style and so on.Finally,on the basis of this,it is proposed to strengthen the education of party members and enhance their sense of responsibility,standardize their organizational life and implement relevant systems,and adhere to pragmatic and innovative efforts to improve the ability of party cadres.We should persist in taking various measures to push forward the transformation of cadres' style of work and suggestions for promoting and improving the work of party building.Hope that through this paper,for the provincial institutions to carry out grass-roots party building work to provide useful thinking.
