Research On Media Contact And News Information Acquisition In Grass-roots Civil Servants

The grass-roots civil servants are not only a large number of people,but also the special groups in the media contact group.They also have the contact attributes of the government officials and the grass-roots ordinary people.It analyses and studies the behavior of the grassroots civil servants to obtain news information through contact with television,newspapers,magazines,radio,computer,mobile phones and other media.The management ability of the staff plays an important role in promoting the quality of news products,advanced means of communication and competitive media.However,at present,the quantitative analyses of media contact and information acquisition behavior of grassroots civil servants is less,and the research on contact motivation,contact content,contact mode and contact effect is not thorough and comprehensive,and the research results are not abundant.Using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper makes a quantitative analyses on the media contact and news information acquisition behavior of the grass-roots civil servants in the SY area of the East,and then discusses the relationship between the media contact and the news information acquisition behavior and the administrative ability of the grass-roots civil servants.It also discusses ways and strategies to improve the effect of news information acquisition for grass-roots civil servants.This study is divided into four parts.The introduction summarizes the background and significance of the topic,defines the concept of grassroots civil servants,media contact and news information acquisition,summarizes the research results at home and abroad,and outlines the research content,research framework,research methods,research process and the innovation of this research.The second part,combined with the results of the questionnaire,the quantitative and qualitative analyses method is used to analyse the motivation,content,form,channel,length and satisfaction of media contact and news information acquisition of grassroots civil servants.The third part discusses the relationship between the media contact and news information acquisition behavior of the grass roots civil servants and their administrative ability.The fourth part summarizes the research results and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effect of grassroots civil servants to acquire news information.
