Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Professional Ethics In China's Social Transformation

China is in an important period of social transformation.The economy,politics,culture and ideology of the society are undergoing profound changes.The whole society is transforming to which is market economy-oriented,ruled by law,fully open and informational.And it presents the characteristics of generation,which are cultural diversity,division of labor and the multiple distribution.Under this background,professional ethics should not only meet the challenges of globalization,marketization and information,but also suffer the impact of foreign ideas and many negative factors in the development of social economy.In recent years,the phenomenon of abnormally professional ethics in China has occurred from time to time in some fields.In order to find a reasonable way to solve this problem,we should recognize the plight of professional ethics in the field of social transformation,explore the causes of the plight of professional ethics,and find out a reasonable way to solve the difficulties,that is,the research goal of this subject.This article focuses on the following four sections:The first part clarifies the significance of the research background,domestic and foreign research review,as well as research methods and innovations.Studying the issue of professional ethics in China's social transformation period has important implications both for promoting the development of society in transition and for promoting the building of socialist spiritual civilization.Although there have been relatively mature researches on professional ethics both at home and abroad,there are also problems in which research is not systematic enough and in-depth enough,so there is room for further improvement.On the basis of previous studies,this paper uses systematic analysis,literature research,case studies and other methods to study the issues of the predicament and countermeasures of professional ethics in China's social transitional period.The second part elaborates on the related theories of professional ethics in China's social transition period.Including the relevant concepts of social transformation,the related concepts of professional ethics and the theoretical basis of this article for further explanation.The third part analyzes the predicament and cause of the predicament of professional ethics in the period of social transformation in China.The predicament mainly refers to the various contradictions in the background of professional ethics in the period of social transition.It is mainly explained from three aspects: First,the gap between the state of professional ethics and the goals of economic and social development;Second,the performance and service of professional ethics.The gap between those expectations;Third,the gap between the constructionof professional ethics and the speed of social development.The main reasons are analyzed from four aspects: the limitations of economic and social conditions,the lag in professional ethics education,the absence of legal system and social supervision,and the diversification of values of practitioners.In this section,it is closely integrated with the background of the social transitional period and sees problems and analyses from the perspective of the development of the times,so as to provide effective suggestions for the cultivation of professional ethics.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures for the professional ethics in China's social transition period.Based on the previous analysis,the macro perspective of social development proposes a holistic and systematic proposal for the cultivation of professional ethics during the period of social transformation in China.This article constructs the overall professional ethics system countermeasures from three directions: First is to improve the self-discipline system of professional ethics;Second is to optimize the professional ethics of the social environment Third is to create a collaborative force for the construction of professional ethics.
