Research On The Promotion Policy Of Vocational And Technical Talent Cultivation In Yingkou Port

In recent years,with the constant development of the port enterprises in the city of Yingkou,the government of Yingkou has paid more and more attention to the development of the port enterprises.The development of the port area of Yingkou City will drive the development of the hinterland of Yingkou.At present,in the construction of the port area of Yingkou,the serious lack of vocational and technical personnel has greatly affected the enterprise in the port area of Yingkou but strength and competitiveness.Therefore,the Yingkou government pays more and more attention to the introduction and training of vocational and technical personnel.By using the structural method,this paper investigates and studies the needs of enterprise managers and teachers and students of vocational colleges in the port area construction and the problems existing in the existing vocational and technical talents policy in Yingkou.The purpose of the study is to master the demand for talents in the construction of Yingkou Port,the existing problems in the government's talent policy,and the third is to discuss the problem of talent training in the construction of the port area.Based on the investigation,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the problems existing in the implementation of the vocational skilled personnel policy in Yingkou,and explores the reasons for the problems arising from the lack of policy pertinence,the lack of policy implementation,and the insufficient support for the effective support of professional skilled personnel.In this regard,the author puts forward the promotion policy of training vocational skills talents from the perspective of strengthening the support policy of basic vocational education and increasing the financial support.
