Study On The Construction Of Skilled Industrial Workers In The New Era

The people make history and work creates the future.Labor is the fundamental force driving the progress of human society.The working class is the leading class of our country,the representative of our advanced productive forces and relations of production,the most solid and reliable class foundation of our party,and the main force for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.Scholars at home and abroad from the political,economic,labor movement theory,social work and other aspects of the multi-angle,multi-level put forward to the status and role of the working class as a logical starting point,in theory to further clarify the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to struggle for the Chinese dream,is the theme of our workers' movement times.As a trade union organization,we should guide the workers to be the pillar of adhering to the Chinese road,the model of carrying forward the Chinese spirit and the backbone of condensing the Chinese strength.It clearly puts forward the overall idea of insisting on the political guarantee,institutional implementation,quality improvement and rights and interests maintenance to promote the construction and reform of industrial workers and create a grand industrial workers team with ideals and beliefs,understanding technology and innovation,and daring to take on and make contributions.In this paper,the literature research method,comprehensive analysis method,case analysis method and other methods are used to make an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the construction of skilled industrial workers in the new era.The conversion rate of skilled talents is low,and the competitiveness of talents is not strong.The structure of skilled personnel is unreasonable and the gap between reality and demand is large.Skilled personnel are not valued enough and the innovation and entrepreneurship environment is bad.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part: introduction,elaborating on the background and significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings.The second part: the development process and significance of the construction of China's skilled industrial workers,including the definition of the new era,the division of the scope of industrial workers,the construction and development process of China's skilled industrial workers,the significance and the role and function of trade unions in the process.The third part: the construction status and existing problems of skilled industrial workers in the new period.The fourth part: the train of thought and training countermeasures of the construction of skilled industrial workers in the new period.The fifth part: conclusion,on the basis of summarizing the foregoing discussion,this part expounds the development prospect of the construction of skilled industrial workers in the new period.
