A Research On The Problem Of Auxiliary Police's Recruitment In The Yan Ta District In Xi'an

As an important participant in the social public management,the auxiliary police play an active role in the supplement of the police force,the financial cost,and the foundation of social employment.But at the same time,there are also outstanding problems,such as the overall quality is not high,the poor enforcement of the law,the direct impact on the credibility of the public security organs in the masses,hindering the normal development of public security work.And to improve the quality of auxiliary police,auxiliary police to do the relevant work is the key.Compared with the mature civil servants and public institutions to recruit staff work,auxiliary police recruitment work is still in its infancy.Therefore,it is very necessary to study and discuss the recruitment of auxiliary police in the light of the actual work of the police.In this paper,the author puts forward the problem-Analysis of the problem-to solve the problem of the recruitment of auxiliary police.First of all,this paper from the definition,auxiliary development and characteristics of summed up the methods of the various stages of the auxiliary police recruiting in China;secondly,the author of Yanta District of Xi'an City Public Security Agency,by means of questionnaire and in-depth interview,the area of the auxiliary police recruiting subject recruiting program,recruiting conditions,detailed analysis,summed up the existing auxiliary police recruiting work problems,and in-depth analysis of its causes.Finally,in the public sector human resource selection and recruitment management theory as the foundation,through improving the auxiliary work,clear the importance of recruiting work status,unified recruiting subjects,clear recruiting standards and other measures,in order to solve the Yanta District public security organs auxiliary recruiting problems and provide a useful reference for Xi'an Auxiliary Police recruiting related work.
