| Since China's reform and opening up,Chinese government in the field of economic and social reform in a series of extensive and profound practice,has made the world,with the rapid development of economy and society,with people's living standards continue to improve,the day is better day by day,life expectancy is extended.This will inevitably lead to changes in the social demographic structure-an increasing number of elderly people.Around 2000 in our country has entered the aging society,in a serious "not rich first old" big background,in the face of depth of aging population brings the enormous pressure and challenges,has for the residents of the existing old-age security system caused a severe challenge.The rapid development of economy has given rise to booming real estate market,the diversification of employment choice and convenient living conditions for large cities to attract a large number of population flows,reserve a large amount of human resources for the development of city.Property community along with the development of the urban real estate market and proliferation,property plot is an unconventional residential quarters,because of its geographical location and the particularity of community facilities,community composition complex,such as different from the characteristics of the general urban community,to the community of elderly residents endowment service brought some difficulties.On the edge of the city community residents are mostly returned land-lost farmers,to the production of people lost their land,their fear of the future is full of uncertainty,a property of the community elderly residents generally have worried about their pension problem.In order to cope with the increasingly severe aging crisis,many cities have adopted a series of policies and measures to guarantee the development of residents'old-age care,and encourage private social capital to enter the pension industry.Hefei government always attaches great importance to urban old-age security problems,and in 2011 started the infrastructure construction of urban community service station,at the end of 2013 officially launched the government purchase home endowment service project from private capital.This article adopts the method of qualitative,H communities in hefei,for example,by the community home endowment service as the main line,through literature analysis,participant observation and the service object the qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviews,relying on the existing data of H community social work in family endowment service were analyzed,and tried to use the involvement of professional social work method and theory to home endowment service,to promote and improve service levels,family endowment to improve the quality of life of their community.The author through the survey found that H social work intervention in the community home endowment service still has some problems,such as:pension service facilities is insufficient,residents' participation is not high,low degree of concern for community service,scarce resources and platform;The home-based care service is difficult to further develop;Social workers' intervention measures are unionized,and the construction of social workers is not strong enough.The overall quality and professional level of the old-age workers are lower.Through the use of professional social work analysis techniques,the author gives some ways to solve the problem:strengthen propaganda and raise the awareness of residents' social participation;We will improve the means of social work intervention and fully tap resources to provide support for old-age care services.We will enrich the content of old-age care services and improve the construction of home-based care facilities.This paper hope that through shallow research,to improve the level of community home endowment service,let the old people in the community can have a happy life,let the elderly to "old age" and "happiness" "sense of security",after all,each of us will face an old situation. |
