As one of the greatest inventions of mankind since the new century,the existence and in-depth development of the Internet are deeply affecting the real world.The Internet has become a gathering place for netizens to express their free will and ideas.This also makes the trend of public opinion emergencies in emergencies appear normalized,expanded and complicated.Under such a severe background,the effective factors and constitutional mechanisms for determining Internet public opinion are the key to determining the changing trend of the Internet public opinion,and it is also the premise basis for dealing with emergencies.On the one hand,the Internet provides an open platform for information exchange among various types of communities.On the other hand,it also accelerates the speed of information dissemination and expands the distribution channels.The conflict between the thoughts of various subjects and the interweaving of the subject and the social environment complicate the cause of the Internet public opinion in emergencies.Information ecology is from the system point of view,emphasizes the theory of harmonious development between information,information people,information environment and other parts.It can provide a new guidance framework for the theoretical level research and practical level management of emergencies.Therefore,identifying the key factors affecting the evaluation of Internet public opinion is the most important part of this study.From the perspective of the information ecology theory,this article combines the characteristics of the public opinion and the law of development of the Internet of events,and combs out the five dimensions of information sources,information people,information environment,government behavior,and information technology to sort out the evaluation of the impact of the Internet on public opinion.Influencing factors.And by analyzing the logical relationship between each factor and the degree of influence,identify key factors.In order to further explore the process of evolution of the Internet public opinion,we will provide a reference basis and intellectual support for the active response to the Internet public opinion.
