Research On Influencing Factors Of Citizen Internet Participation In Evaluation Of Public Service Satisfaction

With the continuous development of China's economy and society,people's material standards of living have constantly improved,so citizens' requirements for various social services have become higher and higher.At the same time,the service-oriented government is developing,thus the government has paid more and more attention to the public's suggestions and opinions in the administrative process.Citizen participation has become an important reference for the government to improve service levels.The purpose of a service-oriented government is to provide better public administration services for the public.The evaluation of public services provided by government departments through the evaluation of public satisfaction has become an important indicator of the process of building a service-oriented government.The importance of public service satisfaction assessment is self-evident.Therefore,in order to explore the influencing factors of citizen network participation in public service satisfaction assessment,and then put forward practical suggestions and countermeasures on this basis,it is of great significance to improve citizen network participation in public service satisfaction assessment.Based on a review of the literature,this thesis is guided by rational behavior theory,and to explore the influencing factors of citizen network participation in public service satisfaction assessment through the technology acceptance model TAM.The exact data was obtained through questionnaire surveys,and the quantitative analysis of SPSS is used to analyze and discuss the factors that affect the citizen's participation in public service satisfaction assessment,so as to find out the key influencing factors of citizen's network participation in public service satisfaction assessment,put forward targeted recommendations to effectively promote the citizen's network participation,further promote the development of government performance evaluation,and make every effort to improve the quality and level of public services and the construction of socialist modernization.
