A Study On The Process Of Social Organization Participating In The Residents' Autonomy In Urban Old Community From The Perspective Of Embedding

The transformation of grass-roots social governance requires the introduction of multi-party power to participate in governance,so as to promote the community to play the role of the Residents Autonomy.At present,the autonomy function of community plays a passable role and the professional level of residents ' autonomy needs to be improved,so it is urgent for the community to introduce professional strength to improve the residentsautonomy ability and effectiveness,and to improve the service level to meet the needs of the diverse residents ' autonomy practice,and to promote the modernization.This provides an opportunity for social organizations to participate in government-purchased grassroots self-government projects.Based on the theory of embedded,this paper studies the process of social organization participating in the urban residents ' self-government project by means of qualitative research,sums up the methods and strategies of social organization application in the process,thus expands and enriches the theoretical perspective and content of social organizations participating in grass-roots governance practice.This paper presents the whole process and important characteristics of the professional relationship between the social organization professionals in the docking stage of supply and demand,the application of the professional methods in the community mobilization stage and the adjustment of the service-follow-step strategy,and then discovers the mechanism and logic of the social organization participating in the residents ' autonomy.The research found that:social organizations in the docking stage of supply and demand to find the relevant interests to promote the establishment of professional relations,in the Community mobilization phase focus on the use of emotional governance to promote participation in the construction of the network,in the follow-up phase of the service focus on the residents to participate in the network restructuring,the establishment of the dynamic mechanism of residents' participation in Grassroots Governance.But there are also some difficulties:firstly,in the docking stage of supply and demand,it is difficult for social organization to get rid of the establishment of dependency relationship,and the foundation of the residents ' demand investigation is not secure,so the effect of the relationship establishment needs to be improved;secondly,in the service supply stage,the construction of residents' network level needs to be improved,and the participation level and enthusiasm of residents need to be improved.;finally,in the service follow-up stage,the social organization lacks the change of the soft overall appearance of the community service,which makes the participation of the social organization present the formalization characteristic.In the process of social organizations participating in the practice of residents ' autonomy,residents have been in a passive position,although the autonomy of the residents has achieved certain results,the relationship between the government's administrative work logic and the practical work of the social organization is still changing.This study brings new enlightenment to social organizations ' participation in community governance,and social organizations ' participation in community governance is the building of community participation atmosphere,especially in the case of the relatively unitary and enthusiastic participation of the residents in the old residential areas,and the need to use various strategies to ensure the continuous participation of residents.
