Research On Farmers' Acquiration In The Process Of New Urbanization

"Taking the new road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics" is an important strategic guideline for the party and the country,which is related to the overall situation of building a well-off society and modernization.Farmers are important builders of new urbanization and the beneficiaries and sharers of the results of the construction.We must adhere to the people-centered approach and improve constantly the sense of gain of farmers in implementing the new strategy of urbanization.It is not only a key task for promoting the strategy of rejuvenating the country and building a new socialist countryside,but also the fundamental purpose of the new type of urbanization.This article puts "National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020)" about the new urbanization construction of the important content as the main indicators and puts the sense of access to farmers as a breakthrough survey whether the farmers feel the rural infrastructure,public services and ecological environment bringing their own satisfaction,whether enjoy the sense of the happiness about political participation,cultural and educational entertainment,the current life perception and future expectations in the process of new urbanization to surveys and analysis of the status of farmers' sense of gain.At the same time,It based on Marxist humanistic theory to analyze and explore the main factors that affect the sense of gain of farmers from the aspects of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.On this basis,we put forward some countermeasures to enhance the sense of gain of peasants,It mainly manifested in the following aspects:Emphasis on rural people's urbanization in rural areas and strengthen its construction of spiritual civilization in the co-construction;Improve and implement various preferential agricultural policies and improve the level of rural management and services in the area of co-governance;Construct a sharing mechanism for interests and that is consistent with public opinion and equality in the aspect of sharing.
