| Urbanization is an inevitable step in China's industrialization process and also a natural tendency of China's economic development.Premier Li Keqiang has put forward the concept of “newurbanization”,claiming that“the core of promoting the new urbanizationis to improve thequality of urbanization and the purpose is to benefit people and enrich their lives.Help farmers gradually involve into urbanization;Create favorable conditions for supply markets in agricultural modernization;To achieve an integration of new urbanization and agricultural modernization."Compared with the farmers' urbanization in the past,Dezhou vigorously pursued the "two districts in the same construction",making significant progress in localized urbanization for famers in Daliu community.The advantages and achievements of their work manifest themselves as followed: 1)in the new urbanization process,farmers do not have to leave their homes.In other words,the localized urbanization ensures famers stay at the community and work in the industrial park.2)The industrial park enterprises are taken as core and developed well with their featured products to promote farmers' employment.3)In the process of localized urbanization,farmers' land was reverted to collective belongings.Localized urbanization,on the one hand,brings many changes for famers in their living environment,cultural life,professional roles,household registration etc.in which farmers gradually integrate into the modernEarch background,research significance,the related concepts,research status quo at home and abroad and relevant research methods.The second chapter elaborates the basic situation of the local urbanization of the farmers in Daliu community in the process of new urbanization.The third chapter finds out the problems of the farmers' urbanization in the process of the new urbanization,and analyzes the causes of these problems.The fourth chapter puts forward the corresponding suggestions to solve the obstacle of farmers' localurbanization. |
