Study On Satisfaction Of Guazhou Ecological Immigration Policy

The basic goals of ecological migration are poverty eradication,economic development and ecological environment protection.By migrating people from the fragile ecological areas or important eco-function areas to other regions to achieve the coordinated development of economy,population,society,resources and environment.In such a context,the Gansu provincial government began to implement the strategic decision of“prospering the economy in the west and assisting the poor in development,poverty alleviation and development”.In the Hexi Corridor region,“two-west migration”,Shule River project migration and Jiudian Gorge reservoir project migration were implemented.The Guazhou County selected in this paper is a large immigrant resettlement county in Gansu province,which brings together different kinds of immigrants from those three projects and has certain representativeness.In the process of migration,as a result of the action of the ecological environment,material conditions,social environment and means of labor have changed.Most of these changes will cause disorders in production and living system of immigrants.For the immigrants,there is a certain gap between the actual benefits gained in the relocation process and the expected benefits before moving.The evaluation of the gap is the satisfaction evaluation of the immigrant groups to the immigration policy,which involves the satisfaction to the public goods provided by the government and society.In this paper,with the aid of the soft science project of Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Department on the topic of “economic,political,and social development problems and countermeasures of hexi resettlement under the influence of ecological conditions”,through field investigation like in-depth interviews with farmers and questionnaires to collect data,using spss19.0 questionnaire data analysis software for the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire and concluding the influence factors of immigration policy satisfaction,after summarizing,put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve immigration policy satisfaction.Through the author's research,we found that in the process of the Guazhou resettlement,in addition to the immigration area and immigrants themselves,the deviation from the implementation of policy is also an important factor affecting the degree of satisfaction.So we need to adapt to local conditions in the process of formulating and implementing policy,adhere to people-oriented,optimize the enforcement mechanism of ecological migration policy,consider on the basis of migrants' interests,build scientific and reasonable industrial layout,increase financial input in education,improve people'squality,increase employment training,guarantee the supply of funds,improve the infrastructure construction and upgrade the self-management level of the whole immigrant community,thus make the migrants live and work in peace and contentment in the new soil,provide a template for the follow-up ecological migration work and set a positive example for the immigrants currently still in poor.
