Grass-roots Government Network Public Opinion Control Difficulties And Countermeasures Research

Under the new situation,new media represented by Internet has brought a new era of public opinion and interests expression.Network public opinion as a kind of new large power of public opinion,in the role of respond to emergencies will with the rising popularity of the Internet is more important.Public opinion guide the working relationship between national security and social stability,relationship between the rise and fall success or failure of the cause of the party and the people,also is an important aspect of the construction of the government itself.For the government,public opinion properly handled,can not only resolve the crisis,but also enhance the image of the government;on the contrary,if the improper disposal,not only may cause negative effects,even have a serious impact on social harmony and stability.Under the complicated situation grim situation at home and abroad,to improve grassroots government network public opinion control ability is imminent.At present,most grass-roots governments have corresponding coping consciousness in response to the current situation of grassroots public opinion,but there are still some limitations in coping with awareness,thinking,knowledge and so on.Network public opinion classical propagation model has been introduced in this paper,based on cellular automata model of network public opinion propagation model is analyzed,and combining the fuzzy theory in the process of public opinion transmission simulation verify the evolution rule of the individual.On the basis of theoretical analysis,taking Luxi County of Pingxiang city as an example,the grassroots government network public opinion control situation and difficulties,mainly from four aspects of the main difficulties,system predicament,content dilemma and technical difficulties are analyzed.Based on the analysis of local government especially county and township government network public opinion response case,combined with theoretical analysis,we summarize some common problems of grass-roots government public opinion control,and solve the problem from multi angle,multi disciplinary thinking,put forward suggestions and countermeasures,their actual first,strengthening subject construction raise the level of awareness and ability.Second,strengthen the system construction,construct the long-term monitoring mechanism of public opinion.Third,change the coping style,improve the ability to resolve online public opinion.Fourth,innovation monitoring technology,optimize the public opinion governance system.
