| In recent years,with the continuous innovation and popularization of information technology,the media landscape has undergone earth-shaking changes,and the Internet has gradually become a public opinion platform open to all the public.The popularization of the Internet and the development of Internet public opinion in the new media era can further satisfy the public’s right to know,supervise and participate,which is a necessary link for the party and the government to govern and inquire about politics on the Internet.Under the high attention of the central government and national leaders,in today’s society with frequent public emergencies,party and government departments at all levels pay increasing attention to online public opinions.Grassroots areas are areas with active online public opinions and frequent online public opinions.Grassroots governments need to carry out various policies and directives issued by the central government and the higher level government,and timely respond to various demands raised by the public.In the face of public emergencies,grass-roots governments need to deal with the unpredictable network public opinions,timely and accurately grasp the development trend of network public opinions,scientifically guide network public opinions,and timely resolve public crises.Taking D creek township drinking water upstream event threw dead birds,for example,from the events of the network public opinion bud stage,broke out,calm the three stages of public emergency network public opinion evolution analysis,through consulting a large number of existing research results at home and abroad,and carries on the careful carding,analysis and induction,and analyzes the related theory,summarizing the successful experience and in-depth grass-roots government in guiding public emergency network public opinion may exist problems and the reasons for these problems.Through the research,it is found that the grass-roots government still has many problems in the subject,system and communication of online public opinion guidance.In this paper,in reference to the current domestic and foreign research results,on the basis of combining the theory of public management related knowledge,the network of grass-roots government public emergency public opinion guide is put forward to strengthen the construction of network public opinion work team,improve grassroots network public opinion information mechanism and set up a government network public opinion management mechanism at the grassroots level,improving the capacity of grassroots network public opinion guide,such as countermeasures,and expect the study,can cause the attention of related departments and government agencies,speed up promote grass-roots government’s ability to guide the network public opinion,thus forming a more mature and systematic way of grassroots network public opinion guide.The situation of online public opinions is changing rapidly,and what they should do is to adapt to the changes,which can not be solved by learning a unified response template.As an area with frequent online public opinions,grass-roots governments,in order to guide online public opinions more flexibly,have high requirements on the quality of cadres.Due to my limited knowledge and learning time,my research on online public opinion is not in-depth enough,and new media is in constant development and change,there are inevitably some omissions in this paper.In the future work practice and research,we will further deepen the research on the development and change laws and guidance methods of online public opinions,and the grassroots government will constantly summarize the successful experience in the process of dealing with online public opinions,so as to further improve the guidance countermeasures of grassroots government in the face of public emergencies. |
