At present,China is in a critical period of comprehensive deepening reform,and all work is striving for building a well-off society in an all-round way.As an important part of the administrative system reform,the performance appraisal of civil servants has become an urgent and arduous historical task before us.The civil servant performance appraisal is an important part of the civil service system of civil servants competence and work performance to evaluate,to provide an objective basis for the civil service incentives,training,promotion and wage adjustment,but also an important way to all levels of government recognition and selecting talents,is an important means to stimulate the initiative of public servants and enthusiasm.Therefore,in order to enhance the service level of the district government organs,implement the supervision and incentive role of the government organization,build a higher ideological and moral and professional level of civil service team.It is very important to establish a more scientific and effective civil servant performance appraisal system.The district government not only plays an important role in connecting our national structure.A perfect district government civil servants performance appraisal system can improve the civil servants general enthusiasm exert their innovation and creativity,to serve the broad masses of people to develop in the direction of depth to promote government reform.Jilin Longtan District government is a district level unit,the number of civil servants is large,leading cadres and non leadership cadres are accounted for a certain proportion,in the district government has a certain representation.This paper takes Jilin City Longtan District civil servants performance appraisal as the research object,information about the investigation,collecting and collating the existing civil service examination,on the basis of summarizing the main problems of Longtan District civil servant performance appraisal,and puts forward the Countermeasures for the feasibility and.The full text is divided into 6 parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the topic,the summary of research at home and abroad,the basic content and research methods;the second part is the theoretical basis and general situation of the performance assessment of civil servants,which mainly includes some basic concepts and the development course of the performance appraisal of civil servants;The three part is the status quo of the performance assessment of Government Civil Servants in Jilin Longtan District;the fourth part is the existing problems and reasons for the performance assessment of the government civil servants in Longtan District of Jilin;the fifth part is to optimize the government performance appraisal system in Longtan District of Jilin,which is optimized according to the content of the fourth parts.The last part is the conclusion.This paper has the following innovation points.Jilin City Longtan District government as the object of case analysis,through on-the-spot investigation and research,found that the actual problems existing in evaluation,to fill the current most of the performance appraisal of civil servants in China is limited to the municipal government or the township government vacancy,makes the article more practical significance and reference.
