In the Internet age, social environment and rapidly changing media environment, information has become an important driving force for economic development and social progress. New media is developing rapidly, continuously enhance socialization, and reaching out to various fields such as political, economic and social at the same time, public demands to know, to participate in appeals, monitoring demands more strongly than ever, increasing demand for open government.Based on micro-propagation of new media is becoming an important force to change government in power channels and platforms. Government micro-blogging appeared to break the traditional government means of communication, in the social management of Government information openness, innovation and social management has played an active and effective role, and also the government ability to govern new challenges. In 2011,7.23 Wenzhou train events, the official voice of "the giving up of inaction" and public opinion on the micro-blogging shallow understanding of the field for the entire government system and related news media industry sounded the alarm.This study is based on national government micro-blogging development trend of visits, from the geographical and administrative level, parts distribution, a comprehensive analysis of the development in recent years, Jiangsu Province government micro-blogging combined with relevant case studies, summarized its operations during the communication strategy and skills, learn from the experience of other regions, with problems and deficiencies that exist for operators to propose specific practical suggestions to further promote the Jiangsu Province government micro-blogging building.
