A Survey Research On Job Burnout Of Zhejiang Ruian Rural Civilservants

Rural civilservants are the most basic workers in China's administrative system.Contacting and communicating with the general public are their daily work.For this reason,the general public regard Rural civilservants as the government.Rural civilservants' image represents the image of the government.Their work efficiency can accurately relates to whether the government policies implemented.Ruian city as the forefront of China's reform and opening,has undergone tremendous changes.Social,economic,cultural and other fields of Ruian has made great development during decades.At the same time,the city's huge gap between the rich and poor,social instability have brought more challenge to it.In such an environment,Ruian rural civilservants are under very big pressure,job burnout comes.Ruian rural civilservants' job burnout will undoubtedly have a greater impact on the economic and social development of Ruian.Aimed at the situation,this paper selects Ruian rural civilservants as a specific research object.This paper will do an investigation and study on the job burnout situation of Ruian rural civilservants,analyz the reasons,then puts forward the relevant opinions and suggestions.It is meaninful to improving Ruian rural civilservants' working enthusiasm,building a harmonious and peace Ruian City.Based on combing of researches that related to job burnout at home and abroad,this paper designs a questionnaire to investigate,analyzes the data by SPSS statistics,puts forward the factors that affecting the job burnout of Ruian rural civilservants.On the basis of the confirmation of the existence and cause of job burnout,this paper offers ffective countermeasures and suggestions on intervening Ruian rural civilservants' job burnout from three aspects.They are individual,organization and society.
