Our country is in the critical period of social transformation and upgrading.Economic and social reform and development are going deep,social contradictions are prominent,social pressure is increasing,and personal self-awareness is expanding.Practitioners in all walks of life are experiencing physical and mental fatigue and energy exhaustion.Civil servants are no exception.This state of passive coping with work is called "job burnout".At present,Dalian is actively promoting the construction of the "two precursors",i.e.the leading area of industrial structure optimization and the leading area of economic and social development.After the withdrawal of the city,Pulandian District proposes the development goals of "three districts" for the construction of Dalian's industrial transfer bearing area,the demonstration area of coordinated urban and rural development and the modern new urban area of Dalian,and is determined to promote the construction of "three districts" with the vivid practice of "three districts".The pace of construction of "two precursor areas".Civil servants,as the backbone of the Party's governing and rejuvenating the country,shoulder the arduous task of carrying out and implementing the country's major lines,principles and policies.With the goal of "three districts" construction,Pulandian District strengthens the city's service function and puts forward higher requirements for the quality and ability of civil servants.Civil servants have higher professional quality and better working status,which is conducive to the smooth development of their own work,which directly affects the image of civil servants in the hearts of the people,and relates to the smooth realization of the "three districts" construction task in Pulandian District.This paper adopts the method of quantitative research,through consulting literature,personal interviews,questionnaire survey and other methods,chooses the specific civil servants in Pulandian District of Dalian as the research object,uses SPSS data analysis software to judge the current degree of civil servants' job burnout in Pulandian District,and finds out the level and characteristics of civil servants' job burnout in Pulandian District from the perspective of demographic variables.Analyzing the reasons from the three levels of organization and society,and putting forward some suggestions to alleviate the burnout of the civil servants in Pulandian District,will help to improve the administrative efficiency of the civil servants in Pulandian District,improve their working conditions,alleviate their work pressure and the adverse impact on their families.It is of constructive significance to establish a service-oriented government,to promote the construction of "two precursors" and to establish a good image of the government.
