As a modern management concept,"people-oriented,high satisfaction" has been known.Job satisfaction plays an important role in improving the quality of work.There is no high quality of work without high job satisfaction.Safeguarding state sovereignty and national security,maintaining order of entry and exit of ports,preventing and cracking down on illegal entry and exit activities is an important mission of the immigration police of China.Their satisfaction with the job is of great significance.We should pay attention to the job satisfaction of this group.At present,the domestic and foreign scholars have conducted many research on job satisfaction,but few research on the job satisfaction of the border police.This paper takes the inspection station with maximum traffic in china-the gongbei frontier inspection station as example,to carry out the investigation and study on the immigration police,find out the influence factors and the problems of job satisfaction,explore whether there are differences between the different dimensions and demographic factors of the job satisfaction.According to the analysis,work itself,work stress and return,personal development,leadership behavior and interpersonal relationship are the main factors influencing the job satisfaction of the immigration police.Job satisfaction is higher on interpersonal relationship,work itself and leadership behavior,and is lower on working pressure and rewards and personal development.At the same time different gender,marital status,age and length of service of the immigration police in every dimension of job satisfaction between difference is more apparent.Aiming at the existing problem of the job satisfaction,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction mainly on improving social status,reducing work pressure,increasing job returns,improving promotion mechanism,optimizing learning training and focusing on individual differences,to provide reference for the scientific and effective team management of the immigration inspection,and to further enrich the research theories on the job satisfaction of special police.
