Research On Improving Public Service And Public Satisfaction Of Guangzhou Immigration Inspection

With the development of reform and industrial production,the level of our country's opening-up has been constantly enhanced and international exchanges and cooperation increasingly closed.We must constantly improve and strengthen the functional role of the Exit-Entry frontier inspection organ,and go all out to safeguard the national safety and social stability.Its function also extends from strict control to administrative services.Guangzhou General Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection of the People's Republic of China was officially set up in 1998.06.And then,with the institutional reform,it was assigned to the people's police force,and became into the departmental level,under the direct management of the Ministry of Public Security.As a part of the government's public services,the Exit-Entry frontier inspection aims to rapidly response to the public's demands with a positive attitude.And through certain measures,realize the needs and interests of the public effectively in order to improve people's satisfactory level of the Exit-Entry frontier inspection.Through a survey of public satisfaction,it can find problems in the public service and can improve service delivery in the public sector specifically to Enhance effective interaction between government departments and the public.Thus,how to complete the measurement and survey of public satisfaction scientifically and precisely plays a critical role in improving the quality of public services.This article is based on the theory of public satisfaction and New public service theory.First,this article is reference for Multiple domestic and foreign satisfaction index models,and combine community service,to build A public satisfaction measurement system.This questionnaire is designed based on the principles of relevant indicators of the evaluation system.Second,this article completes the questionnaire through the survey of visitors,the data obtained from the survey were used to complete the reliability and validity test to prove the rationality of the questionnaire.Third,By analyzing the data,the public satisfaction of public service in Guangzhou border inspection station is calculated.It is concluded that there are still some problems in the public service even though it is generally recognized.Forth,In view of the relevant conclusions,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to further improve the public satisfaction of Guangzhou border inspection public service: how to strengthen the mechanism for fulfilling public commitments;strengthen internal and external oversight to improve public services;improve measures to facilitateborder inspection by innovative means;Strengthen training to improve the service attitude and ability of border inspection personnel;Improve the service environment of border inspection and make the service means more humanized.
