As the mainstay of basic-level government to the exercise of administrative functions according to law,the grassroots cadres is the organizers of the social responsibility and management of social affairs,whose job satisfaction determines efficiency of the government's ruling ability at the basic level,at the same time,is related to their own ability and quality improvement.In recent years,with China's social in-depth transformation and development of new rural construction,grass-roots talent construction exist many problems,such as lack of grassroots cadres and loss of grassroots cadres.But “grassroots cadres” is a major policy implementation and the implementation of the centre committee and governments at all levels of various main team,which plays a very important role in the present system of government in our country.Therefore,it is meaningful for improving the government's ruling ability and service ability to research job satisfaction of cadres at grass-roots level and its influencing factors,to analyze job satisfaction of grassroots cadres.Firstly,we have to discuss the related theory of job satisfaction and motivation mechanism from the perspective of theory.Secondly,the paper takes Rucheng County in Hunan Province as the research prototype,to collect and analysis on job satisfaction of grassroots cadres of Rucheng County through the questionnaire survey.On the basic of the analysis of the statistical analysis,the regression model between the grassroots cadres and influence factors is constructed by Probit model,in this paper.In the regression results,we found that job satisfaction has a high fitting degree with the annual income,the working conditions,opportunities for advancement and training opportunities.On the basis of the empirical results,this paper is to discuss the incentive mechanism which to improve the job satisfaction of grassroots cadres in Rucheng County,and we should standard annual appraisal system,increase training opportunities,improve the salary and welfare treatment and improve the wording conditions,to promote improve some reference to retain talent and for driving the development of social economy in Rucheng County.
