Study On The Optimization Of The Government Management In The Shifo Gou Ecological Scenic Area

At present,the demand level,the consumption structure and the product characteristics of our country are changing rapidly.The people are entering the new era of tourism consumption,and the demand of the public is transformed from the simple sightseeing demand to the deep feeling experience demand,which makes the ecotourism enter the period of rapid development.Therefore,this paper chooses the study on how to optimize the management and optimization of the government led ecological scenic area,taking the stone Buddha gully scenic spot in Qilihe District of Lanzhou as the research area,through the analysis of the ecological scenic spots SWOT,the literature research method,the comparative study method,the field assessment method and so on.This paper further analyzes the existing problems in the management of the government led ecological scenic spots at the initial stage of construction,and puts forward some suggestions for optimization.The construction of ecological scenic spots with the attribute of state-owned resources is not often aimed at the short-term economic benefits,but the aim is to restore the ecological environment and the sustainable recycling of the ecological economy,and focus on the purpose of achieving the sustainable development of the win-win and ecological scenic spots.This study is based on the national Forest Park as the main body,the reform of the state-owned forest farm as the starting point,the resource exhausted remains of the coal mine,the Buddhist folklore Silk Road and other multiculturalism,and the government owner,under the condition that the vast majority of the resident population is the laid-off and reemployment of the poor and the poor.The main role of the development,construction and management of scenic spots,how to manage the ecological scenic spots relying on the original forest,and how to optimize the construction and management of the ecological scenic spots by the government,so as to effectively balance the ecology of the original forest and the development of the regional economy are the direction of this paper.This paper takes the Shi Buddha gully scenic spot in Qilihe District of Lanzhou as a specific case.First,it excavates the various cultural and historical resources of the local ecological scenic spots and ecotourism,and analyses the reasons for the government management and the distribution of the existing tourism resources.Secondly,based on the questionnaire survey,literature review and other situations,the system analysis and frame construction plan of the government led ecological scenic spots are carried out from various aspects of the resource allocation of scenic spots and cultural excavation and cultivation.The empirical analysis is carried out from the deep-seated problems of the government development and management model in thescenic area of the stone Buddha Valley,and the SWOT model is analyzed.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the scenic area of the stone Buddha gully have deeply analyzed the defects of the government management model of the government led SFO Gou ecological scenic area and the gap with the construction of the mature ecological scenic spots.Finally,on the basis of the conclusion of SWOT matrix analysis,this paper discusses the strategy and framework for the optimization of the government led ecological scenic area construction management model from six aspects: adhering to the scientific planning,strengthening the product development,creating the characteristic culture,expanding the financing channels,optimizing the talent team and promoting the promotion of publicity.To optimize the management innovation,put forward the Countermeasures of the scientific balance of the docking technology platform to the environment,culture and other aspects,and further deduce the framework and development trend of the macroscopic view of the scenic spots,and promote the construction of the multi subject participation model under the condition of optimizing and perfecting the government led ecological scenic area planning system.
