Research On Public Security Early - Warning Management Of Qianshan Scenic Spot

With the improvement of living standard and development of economy, more and more people are taking part in tourist activity, spurring the tourist industry. At the same time, it also triggers a series of public safety issues. Especially during the holiday season,with the influx of tourists and overload reception of various scenic, security has become a high incidence of crises. So, how to do the Qian Shan Scenic security management work, especially how to do public safety warning management has important practical significance.In this paper, Qian Shan scenic is made as the research object. With literature research and survey method, based on the theory of public security theory and scientific management theory, combined with the public safety management status of Qian Shan scenic, the likelihood of security incidents in Qian Shan scenic has been analysed from three aspects as follows: natural disasters, man-made disasters, and emergencies. The results show that to improve the management system further is still necessary for enhancing the current level of public safety in Qian Shan scenic : to improve Qian Shan Scenic major hazard identification system, combined with the characteristics of scenic tourist,the establishment of identification criteria are discussed from catering, accommodation, transport, sightseeing, entertainment and other aspects; to develop contingency plans of accident system for Qian Shan scenic as preventive measures; as for major accidents or disasters, in addition to material assistance, to establish a public safety crisis recovery Team to help strengthening the victims with their psychological crisis reconstruction is necessary too.
