Research On The Employment Policy Of Guangdong Youth League To Improve The Employment Level Of The Youth

Worldwid,the average rate of unemployment is lower than the one of youth.How to promote the employment of youth has become a very serious social issue.As a organization which should offer service for the young people.the Youth League should take actions into improving the employment of young people.Since 2013,the Youth League of Guangdong Province has been working with the Office directly under Guangdong provincial government,Human Resources Department of Guangdong and Social Welfare Depart of Guangdong to improve the employment of young people,by issuing relative policy,take meausments and promote the right awaren.Such policy has been used to help more than one and a half million young people,with bringing more than 850,000 young people to a good position,which has great influence among universities and communities.However,there are such disadvantages of this policy: the number of jobs is insufficient;social welfare policy has not been perfect yet;the promotion of the policy is not good enough;the local Youth League still have more work to do.This paper analyzes the job policy which is issued by the Guangdong Youth League in 2013,tries to figure out how much this policy can helo young people get good job and reasonable social welfare.Moreover,this paper will look into the problems and the reasons of the policy,with bringing put solutions to improve the employment of young people.By analyzing the situation,and researching the problems,the solutions could be improving the ability of the Youth League;cultivating the right awareness of young people towards the jobs;creating good context of working,and good working culture for young people.With all the effective measurements,the unemployment problems of young people will be solved,and so that the national economic can be improved as well.
