The Study On The Primary Level Organization In The Center Soviet Area

According to the sixth Delegate Conference of the Communist Party of China,the party branch was defined as the primary party organization.As it is close to the masses,the party branch plays an important role in the party's construction,mainly because the branch is the foundation of all work.In this article,the author mainly studies the party branch in the Central Soviet Area.During the Great Revolution and the beginning of the Agrarian Revolution,in the Soviet Area,the CPC took the county as the mobilization unit,and then fought against the local government,with the advancement of Agrarian Revolution,the center of CPC attached great importance to the country's mobilization,so the center gradually emphasized the role of the district,township and village and other organizations at the grass-roots level,therefore,the Communist Party of China set up a lot of local party branches in all parts of Soviet Area,the gradual development of revolution promoted the establishment of the branches,in turn,the establishment of the branches also promoted the process of the revolution.What should not be ignored was that due to many wares in the Soviet Area,a large number of branches inevitably appeared many problems,such as the branch was not sound,the system was not perfect,lacked management staff in the branch,the consciousness of farmers existed.In order to solve the problems,the CPC put forward many measures,such as strengthening the party's organization,promoting democracy within the party,building the collective leadership rule,and so on.The establishment of these measures improved the leadership of the party branch,making it be better.Today we can learn a lot from the history and the measures.
