At present,domestic research on job satisfaction of employees is more,and covers the government organizations,enterprises and institutions.However,most of the research is concentrated on the macro level,and relatively little is involved in the management of grass-roots organizations.The police station as the basic unit of China's public security team,they bear the heavy task and the pressure of work,and for the study of job satisfaction of grassroots police officers,domestic research is still blank.In this paper,through literature review,questionnaire survey and interviews and other research methods,reference to domestic and foreign common job satisfaction survey tool,to study the Anshan province Liaoning city police station police job satisfaction.Research by means of questionnaire and interview phase,collecting first-hand data,comparative analysis of the effects of different gender,different age,different education,different positions and different marital status,political affiliation and other objective conditions for grassroots police officers including job satisfaction,and summarizes the main factors affecting the level of job satisfaction for police officers the police occupation ideal,promotion resulted in a small space distorted dissatisfaction,the public security organs assessment system is not perfect,the incentive object such as dislocation.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is the theoretical research on the job satisfaction of grassroots police station,through literature reading and information collection,summarizes the related scholars at home and abroad,and establishes the theoretical support for the paper.The second part is to analyze the work satisfaction of grass-roots police station,and take a grass-roots police station in Anshan as a case study.The third part summarizes the factors that affect the job satisfaction of police stations at the grass-roots level,and discusses the problems existing in the work of the grass-roots police stations in AnshanThe fourth part of the grass-roots police station to improve the work satisfaction of the recommendations,from the establishment of incentive mechanisms,improve the rights and interests of the protection mechanism,enhance the remuneration of three aspects of recommendations.
