Research On The Construction Of Cadre Team In Huangmei County Commission For Discipline Inspection

Facing the new situation of corruption involving more fields,concealment of illegal means and more supervision objects,new requirements of discipline law connection and discipline law integration,and new problems of large gap and low integration of discipline inspection cadres,how to adapt to the new situation,meet new challenges and solve new problems has become an important issue for the Discipline Inspection Commission It has become a new era topic,which needs to be studied and solved effectively.From the small point of view,starting from the work practice,this paper takes Huangmei County Discipline Inspection Commission as the research object,through the collection,comparison and analysis of various data,comprehensively combs the current situation,the measures taken and the progress achieved in the construction of Huangmei County Discipline Inspection Commission,and points out that there is a serious shortage of staff in the construction of Huangmei County Discipline Inspection Commission,such as the incompatibility between the task and the strength of the staff,the unreasonable structure of the team,the unsatisfactory effect of education and training,the unsound incentive mechanism of the cadres,and the incompetence of the cadres’ care,and from the system mechanism,ideology,reform and other aspects of the causes of the problems in-depth analysis.In order to solve these problems,the author makes full use of the theory of talent echelon construction and people-oriented management from the point of view of pertinence and feasibility,set goals scientifically,through optimizing the allocation of cadres,improving the structure of cadres,improving the training operation mechanism,improving the incentive mechanism of cadres,and caring for cadres in an all-round way,we can establish a cadre team with sufficient quantity,reasonable echelon,outstanding ability and full of vitality.
