A Study On The Effectiveness Of Cadre Training In The Party School Of The Chiping County Committee Of The Communist Party Of China

The Party has attached great importance to cadre training over the years-The purpose of cadre training in Party schools is to improve the quality of cadres,enhance their abilities in all aspects,and ultimately provide the necessary guarantee for the construction of service-oriented government.However,in practice,although various rules and regulations have been issued and relevant policies and measures have been formulated to promote the orderly development of cadre training in Party schools,and increasing investment,the training effect is not obvious.How to improve the effectiveness of cadre training,so that they can effectively apply the training income to practical work,improve their performance and ability to serve the masses,and further enhance the effectiveness of cadre training is also an important issue to be solved by grass-roots Party schools.This paper focuses on the cadre training of the Party School of the Chiping County Party Committee,based on the actual training of the Party School,combines the theory of training effectiveness evaluation and Kirkpatrick's four-level training evaluation theory,and absorbs the relevant theoretical results at home and abroad,focusing on the effectiveness of the training of the Party School cadres of the Chiping County Party Committee.The research content is mainly carried out from the following questions:Firstly,what is the theoretical basis for the effectiveness evaluation of cadre training in Party schools?The second is the investigation of the current situation and effectiveness of cadre training in the Party School of the Chiping County Party Committee;the third is the analysis of the problems and causes of cadre training in the Party School of the Chiping County Party Committee based on Kirkpatrick's evaluation model.Fourth,the countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of cadre training in the Party School of the Chiping County Party Committee.According to the problems mentioned above,the paper introduces the background,significance and research situation at home and abroad in theory,which provides theoretical support for the further discussion of the current situation and Countermeasures of cadre training in the Party School of the Chiping County Party Committee.The paper then introduces the current situation and effectiveness of cadre training in the Party School of the Chiping County Party Committee,designs questionnaires and conducts training surveys.It summarizes the existing problems in the effectiveness of cadre training in the Party School of the Chiping County Party Committee.The main problems are the following:unreasonable teacher structure,the disconnection between actual training and training needs;Practice level problems:training content is not targeted;behavior level problems:training methods need to be improved;result level problems:training transformation effect is not good,and other aspects,and analyzed the reasons affecting the effectiveness of cadre training,mainly the concept of cadre education and training is not scientific,the operation mechanism of cadre training is not perfect,training content is set up.Such problems as unscientific disposition,insufficient training motivation and resources guarantee,imperfect cadre training management system,etc.Finally,on the basis of the previous research and analysis,aiming at the problems and reasons that restrict the effectiveness of cadre training in the Party School of the Chiping County Party Committee,this paper puts forward on the following suggestions:to establish a scientific concept of cadre training:to consider from the perspective of the Party school and the students;to establish and improve the operational mechanism of cadre training:to establish and improve the guarantee mechanism of cadre training,and to carry out training.Starting with the demand investigation and improvement of the incentive mechanism for cadre training;setting up the training content scientifically and reasonably:starting from strengthening the curriculum content setting of party spirit education,designing layered and classified training,enhancing the pertinence of training,focusing more on ability training,improving the effectiveness of training,etc.;improving the motivation and resource guarantee of training:from improving the party To build a standardized and efficient cadre training system in Party schools,we should perfect the training management system,perfect the training management mechanism,strengthen the execution of the system,and promote it.Five measures are taken to improve the effectiveness of cadre training in grass-roots Party schools from five aspects,such as the transformation of training results.
