Study On The Comprehensive Law Enforcement Of Urban Management In Ganjingzi District Of Dalian City

Urban management Comprehensive law enforcement is an important part of urban management.Urban management as an important part of urban development,based on the basic information flow of the city,through government,market and social interaction,around the city to run and develop decision-making guidance,standardize coordination,service and business behavior.The degree of urbanization is positively related to the level of urban management.Urbanization needs to strengthen urban management,rationalize the relationship between urban management and law enforcement and service,build a high quality urban environment,better release the vitality of the city,and optimize the economic benefits,Efficiency,social benefits in the role of urban development.In the process of urbanization in China,there are many problems in urban management,such as undocumented operation,Jeeves operation and undocumented construction.Comprehensive management of urban management is the city of environmental sanitation,urban planning and management(no evidence of illegal construction penalties),road traffic order(such as the punishment of street vendors illegal road),industrial and commercial administration(without business license)and other aspects of urban management law enforcement.The comprehensive law enforcement of urban management is caused by social contradictions due to unclear responsibilities and extensive enforcement of law enforcement.The purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of comprehensive management of urban management in Ganjingzi District of Dalian City and to correctly understand the existing problems in the comprehensive management of urban management in Ganjingzi District.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the background,significance and related concepts of comprehensive management of urban management and the current research and development of the problem at home and abroad;In the second part,based on the general situation,current situation and existing problems of the comprehensive management of urban management in Ganjingzi District of Dalian City,the paper analyzes the management model,the actual resistance and the external environment,and summarizes the deep causes of the problem;The third part combines the domestic and foreign city management comprehensive law enforcement optimization model,the optimization model feasibility analysis,select the city of Ganjingzi District of Dalian City for comprehensive management of law enforcement model;The fourth part mainly puts forward some concrete suggestions on the implementation of comprehensive law enforcement of urban management in Ganjingzi district of Dalian,which is to change the concept of law enforcement,improve the management mechanism and innovate the work way.Based on the practical experience of comprehensive management of grassroots city management,this paper analyzes the existing problems of comprehensive management of urban management in Ganjingzi district of Dalian City,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions for the relevant decision-making of Ganjingzi and Dalian city management comprehensive law enforcement reference.
