Zhucheng’ Research On The Education And Training Of Grassroots Party Members In The New Era

The report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)stressed unswerving efforts to comprehensively and strictly govern the party and constantly improve its governance and leadership.To strengthen party building and improve the level of governance,the primary task is to strengthen ideological and political construction,and the key is to educate and manage party members and cadres well.The education and training of party members is an important part of the ideological and organizational construction of the party,as well as an important guarantee for comprehensively improving the quality of party members and ensuring the advanced nature and purity of the party.Since the 19th national congress of the CPC,party organizations at all levels,guided by xi jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,have made great efforts to strengthen the education and training of party members.However,in strengthening the party members and cadres at all levels of education and training at the same time,tend to ignore the ordinary party members at the grass-roots level group,a few basic unit party member to show the weak consciousness of party spirit,lack of policy theory,low levels of knowledge service concept lag,lack of innovation spirit,and a new era to strengthen the party’s ruling capacity building,improve the service level of public demand.Therefore,we must adapt to the new era and new requirements,explore new methods and new paths of education and training for grassroots party members,and provide a solid guarantee for the realization of the two centenary goals and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,some domestic scholars have done some research and exploration on the education of party members,and achieved certain results.However,since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),few studies have been carried out according to the new requirements put forward by the CPC Central Committee to strengthen the education of party members.The innovation of this study is based on a new era,focusing on the following basic unit party member at the county level,the integrated use of literature research,investigation research,comparative analysis and other methods,in zhucheng,system combing the practice of the basic unit party member education training,objectively analyses the existing main problems and reasons,put forward the targeted countermeasures and Suggestions,for enhancing zhucheng and other county-level city basic unit party member education training effect.Mainly:strengthen the organization and leadership of party member education and training,county,town party committee and grass-roots party branch linkage,coordination,layer upon layer conduction pressure;We will expand the coverage of centralized training for party members,organize regular party members to attend county-level party schools for centralized rotational training,and give full play to the role of township party schools and community teaching centers.We should enrich the content and form of the training,carry out stratified and classified training for different categories of party members,and take various ways,especially information methods,to strengthen the education and training of party members.We will improve the systems for organizing and living,centralized training,and quality evaluation of training,so that party member education will be "vigorous and warm".From funds,teachers,courses,positions and other aspects of strengthening the party member education and training safeguards.Therefore,combining with the characteristics of The Times to enhance the appeal,pertinence and effectiveness of grassroots party members’ education and training,so as to improve the party spirit cultivation,comprehensive quality and service ability of grassroots party members.
