The Research On In Ternet Public Opinion Expression Of China

With the further development of Internet technology,the Internet gradually penetrates into all areas of social life and profoundly affects and changes people's daily life.This Internet-based communication method beyond the time and spatial limitations is more and more recognized and accepted by people,as an integral part of life.People's communication and interaction become easy.Some news and social hot issues spread through the Internet to a wider range of public awareness.People are increasingly willing to express their views and opinions on some hot issues and events through the Internet platform and spread their ideas quickly.The Internet has become an important channel of people to participate in political life.In this paper,based on reading and combing domestic and foreign research status quo of the Internet public opinion expression,we adopt literature research,factor analysis and other research methods to define the basic structure and frame of this paper.From the perspective of political science,we examine the Internet public opinion expression in China.In the Marxist political theory,the participatory democracy theory and the deliberative democracy theory,we seek the meeting points and theoretical guidance to describe the basic connotations of the Internet public opinion expression,such as the concept,the characteristic,the function and the method.We further comb the development process of the Internet public opinion expression in China and its existing realistic difficulties and deeply analyze the factors restricting the development of the Internet public opinion expression,and on this basis,put forward targeted recommendations so as to further enrich and improve the mechanism of the Internet public opinion expression,smooth the channel of the Internet public opinion expression and further improve the level of political participation and expand the scope of democracy.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,elaborating the research background and significance,research review at home and abroad,research thinking and research method.The second part introduces the basic theory of the Internet public opinion expression.This part mainly discusses from the Marxist theory guidance of the Internet public opinion expression and the reference of other related theories.The third part describes the basic connotation of the Internet public opinionexpression and its development process.This part mainly elaborates the basic theory of the Internet public opinion expression from the concept,characteristic,function,method and other aspects,and combs the development process of the Internet public opinion expression.The fourth part describes the existing problems of the Internet public opinion expression and reasons for the problems,analyzing the existing problems of the Internet public opinion expression in current China and specifically analyzing the reasons behind the problems.The fifth part introduces the countermeasures of improving the mechanism of the Internet public opinion expression in China.This part specifically proposes the countermeasures and recommendations of improving the mechanism of the Internet public opinion expression from the expression main body level,the government level and the technology level.The sixth part is the conclusion of the paper.
