Secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education,shouldering the important task of cultivating hundreds of millions of highly qualifiedworkers. Secondary vocational education is an important basis for China's economicand social development, it cultivates primary and intermediate technical personnel.School-enterprise cooperation is the only way of cultivating skilled talents. Thereare many forms of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad. For example,Germany's "dual system", Australia's "TAFE", America's "cooperative education" anddomestic “Order Type Training”," Production-Study-Research Combination ","part-work and part-study" and so on. Although these forms have different operatingmechanism and each has its own features, these models have the common essence-school enterprise cooperation.Therefore, it's necessary for secondary vocational schools to promote school-enterprise integration of secondary vocational education, strengthen school-enterprisecooperation and achieve diverse integration education, reform skilled talents trainingmode. Through extensively carry out work-study combination, solid and steadilycarry out student internships, work-study alternation and order type training, schoolsand enterprises can only co-sponsor high-quality skilled talents.In recent years, with China's sustained economic development, people's livingstandards improve, the domestic jewelry market demand rapidly increase. With therise of foreign-funded enterprises enter the domestic jewelry industry, China's jewelryindustry spring out. However, China's jewelry industry also be faced with challenges.One of the biggest problems is the lack of professional and technical personnel.Training skilled personnel mainly depends on vocational education, especiallysecondary vocational education.Combined with the trend of world development of vocational education,vocational education must take the school-enterprise cooperation to increase efforts to train jewelry professionals, improve the quality of training jewelry professionals, tomeet the needs of the jewelry market. However, there are some problems in theschool-enterprise cooperation in vocational education. For example, the cooperationlevel is superficial, the lack of long-term cooperation mechanism and security, and soon. We must reform and explore new practices in order to promote innovation oftalents cultivation mode and improve the quality of vocational education.In this thesis, the author use the literature method, comparative method and otherresearch methods, firstly summarizes and compares the school-enterprise cooperationtraining mode at home and abroad, followed by an overview of the current situation ofChina's jewelry industry and the status of China's jewelry professional education, andthen pointed out currently exist talent shortage problem in the jewelry industry. Then,on the basis of the problems of the traditional “1.5+1.5”“dual system two stages” intraining jewelry professional talents, I proposed “1.5+0.5+1”“dual system threestages” mode, and taking Zheng JingYi vocational and technical schools as anexample, I mainly introduce the construction and practice of this new mode. Next, Isummed up the preliminary achievements of carrying out "dual system three stages"training mode. Finally, the author reflected the drawbacks of school-enterprisecooperation. In the occasion of vocational education reform and innovation, thispractice mode enriches the development of vocational education ideas, provides arealistic scenario for vocational education innovation and practice. The final reflectionalso has some practical significance.
