Research On School-Enterprise Cooperation Of Private Higher Vocational Colleges In Quanzhou Under The Perspective Of Dual System

Higher vocational colleges are an important part of Chinese education system.It conveys a large number of skilled personals to the society and makes a significant contribution to the construction of socialist modernization.However there are many problems which caused by restrictions of our country in the education system and under the influence of traditional education concepts exist in the process of educating.There is a disconnect between the oriented personal training with social demands.According to this,we should research the deep cooperation between schools with enterprises in order to emphasize the functions of higher vocational colleges under the current background of social economic is developing and changing rapidly.It not only improves the positive development of vocational education,but also more and more professional personals with high-quality can be conveyed to society from higher vocational college.This paper mainly regards cooperation of enterprises with private higher vocational colleges in Quanzhou as research projects.It discusses the existed problems in the cooperation of enterprises with Quanzhou Institute of Technology specifically.And this paper points out the specific reasons why caused this problems.It introduces theories and practice contents which relevant with cooperation of enterprises with colleges from German Dual System.It considers the real developing circumstance of private vocational colleges in Quanzhou and analyzes the prominent problems which existed in cooperation of enterprises with private higher vocational colleges.Then it provides specific solutions and policies.On the basement of analysis about cooperation of enterprises with colleges in Dual System,according to the problems which existed in cooperation of Quanzhou private higher vocational colleges with enterprises,we should cleat the relationship of government,higher colleges and enterprises firstly and let each relevant subject has a clear definition of themselves.And we should try to search the ways and methods of improving vocational education structure.Improving quality and results of private higher vocational colleges,strengthening the construction of teaching staffs provides beneficial reference for pushing deep cooperation between Quanzhou private higher vocational colleges with enterprises entirely and cultivating more professional personals.
