Research On School-Enterprise Cooperation Development Of Secondary Vocational Education In Tianjin

School-enterprise cooperation of vocational education is a complex systemwhich is about government, society, enterprise and school. School-enterprisecooperation incorporate enterprise resources in school instruction, they educate talentswho has high vocational skill. School-enterprise cooperation is the basic characteristicand the main model of vocational education. Chinese vocational education researchhas a later start, and current situation is not very optimistic. In general, in the processof cooperation, vocational schools have more enthusiasm than enterprises. We mustknow why and make suggestions for this problem.After analyzing real situation of school-enterprise cooperation of secondaryvocational schools in Tianjin, we know there are some problems:1.Enterprises disregard the school-enterprise cooperation;2. Students insecondary vocational schools are ignored in recruitment;3. Students who are insecondary vocational schools have low moral education and professional moralquality;4. Higher vocational colleges are popular than secondary vocational schools;5. There are some problems in the teaching of Secondary vocational schools.For these problems, we give some suggestion form government, enterprise andschool.In government:1.Perfect related policy, strengthen the guidance function incooperation;2.Create positive conditions for the establishment of cooperationplatform;3.Increase capital investment for cooperation;4.Strengthen the propagandafor cooperation.In school:1.Bulid the team of professional teachers;2.Bulid practice bases withenterprises;3.Change the way of instruction for high teaching quality.In enterprise:1.Participate the instruction with secondary vocational school;2.Build practice bases with schools;3.Offer order corporation to solve employmentproblem.
